This place needs to either re train or replace certain so called technicians. I live at Weston townhomes in Columbus and every time there's a call out for these guys to come out, the so called technician comes in to supposedly do a treatment but all he does is go upstairs with no equipment 30sec later comes down just to look around and does nothing. I cannot leave a rating high enough! They took care of our bee problem the same day as our call! We just purchased a new home and had no idea where they could be coming from, but knew they wanted to share our home. They were very professional and prompt as well as reasonably priced. Thank you so much!
They promise to be at my house by 10:00 a.m. at noon they still haven't showed when I called the office the only thing they told me was they're on their way but still didn't show up until almost 2:00 p.m. and I feel like they didn't really do their job because I'm still having pest issues that doesn't seem like they got any better
