zander is beautiful
Eva in the front desk really nice.
Maintenance and plumbing help I s nonexistent at best flooding since I moved in and no assistance, maintenance does not" have parts" and hung up on emergency calls over weekend
I lived here for one year, and it was a great experience. The apartments are well taken care of, and maintenance is very quick to respond whenever something needs fixing. I never had issues with break-ins to my car, which was a big change compared to a previous luxury apartment complex where that happened often. Lourdes and Eva and the staff were always very kind and helpful. The only improvement I’d suggest is updating the laundry room for residents who don’t have washers and dryers in their units.
