I was looking for an apartment and found this property Zander Park. Booked an appointment to get a tour of the premises and Eve, the person in charge at the time. She showed me the premises and a 2 bedroom apartment that was similar since the 1 bedroom I wanted wasn't available to be shown at that time. Later Lourdes, the Park manager, gave me the tour of what would be my future apartment. I liked the apartment and made my decision. I still...after over a year can't understand why they can FIX there laundry facilities!! But yet management said they have no control over them and it's another company's responsibility!! What's the point of having a manager?? It's a waste of money and time to even try and do your laundry here as a resident!! So many requests and questions as to why this issue has not been even looked at!! But they still charge that to your rent.
