We have just had out Chiswell dining chairs completely refurbished by Zander and Co. The timber was fully restored, all joints re-glued and the chair reupholstered. They look stunning and as good as new. We also saw a Parker chair and footstool in their showroom which was exactly what we were looking for as a replacement of a chair we have had for a very, very long time. Extremely satisfied: we bought a pair of nested coffee tables that were very carefully and lovingly restored. Went back with a "complaint" because one of the tables was rocking (unbalanced). They willingly offered to fix the problem until I realised that it was our floor at fault (only rocked in that one position in our living room!). Their unhesitating willingness to address the issue was wonderful and very reassuring.
