I live here, never had any problems it's nice and quiet and since the old manager left they are fixing it up and they even spray for roaches every month. Bills are included and its in a really good location so I can get everywhere even though I don't have a car. less »
Wow! I live here at Zandale and nothing could be further from the truth! I have lived here for years and I've never seen a bedbug or a roach. The landlady sprays every month! I remember you, you're the girl that wanted to run the tatoo parlor out of your apartment! lmao! really? spite full much? The older landlady was gone for a while but thank god she's back and the other one got the boot!
do not move here – NEVER EVER EVER, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, MOVE TO ZANDALE TERRACE APARTMENTS!!! they are infested with bedbugs, and the apartment manager will try to con you into paying for an exterminator yourself, even though it is their legal responsibility to do so. they will try to force you to throw your furniture away and spend hundreds o...f dollars on ineffective treatments that they have invented themselves, under threat of evicting you for noncompliance. the apartment manager is only available to for about 15 hours... read more
