I would never recommend this realtor to anyone such a scammer
would stay away from Benny Zand to begin with. But if you are as unlucky as I was and already involved with him, get everything in writing and DO NOT PAY this liar before he finalizes. He over promises and under performs. Very stressful working with Benny!
Avoid Zand if you can, whatever you agree with them get it in writing, if you agree on something verbally they will pretend they forgot, most annoying and displeasing experience I ever had. Utility bills were oddly expensive and landlord was a brute. On January 12, 2017 Police made a huge bust against Ex - National Grid workers and Landlords in the area for gas meter fraud.
