Family dentistry is right. You feel like family no matter what your dental needs. Don’t know what or why. No worry. All work comes with an explanation. So you know the what and why. Dr. Zand is kind to your feelings and and always there for you even after you are home… just a phone call and a kind, compassionate voice ready to help.
Dr. Zand performed a root canal improperly, causing me a lot of pain and an infection years later. I had to go back for another root canal last year to fix the job, where they admitted to forgetting to pull out one of the roots. However, Sonya was an amazing dental assistant, and I did like the practice before this incident.
He always checks the list of concerns I have!
Made getting my wisdom teeth removed very smooth was very understanding as I was nervous, made me very comfortable and was so quick and professional I was surprised how easy this process was and why I've been avoiding it for so long, he is the best
