Don't rent from ZANCO properties. A rotten bunch of thieves. No maintenance was ever done when reported. Overcharged on deposit. Appletree apts in Spokane Valley. Sherri the apt mgr was useless. No response ever for any maintenance issues. You people really suck.
If I could give this company no stars I would. By far the worst people to rent from. They keep raising rent and take just take your money. Nothing gets fixed and you end up paying 800 a month or more for mold infested, leaking ceilings that never get fixed, and appliances that don't work. Was afraid our place was gonna catch fire with all the faulty wiring and water issues. Horrible horrible people to rent rent. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY PLACE WITH THE NAME ZANCO ON ANYTHING.
