Happy to say that will be my last time at Zana. I have never been disappointed by Zana anytime I’ve been there. In fact, I thought it was the one place my opinion and wishes felt heard. Yesterday, however, I received anything but and left infuriated, with a hatchet hair cut and color, and nearly $500 lighter in my wallet. My hair Stylist was Pahola, please give her a raise! She was doing a good job on my hair cut, and coloring my hair. So friendly and professional. I like the vibe of the Salon, everyone was nice!

She listens to what I want and always offers feedback to make sure I'm happy. She makes me feel so beautiful each time I leave the salon, that's why I've been going to her for YEARS. Nia was my stylist and she listened and heard what I wanted and delivered with the best care and processes. From being asked if I needed anything to drink to being provided a cap to protect my hair from the rain… I felt like royalty!! My hair has never looked so gorgeous after the meticulous cut and blowout for my thick hair… and it lasted for days!! Wonderful salon and service overall!
Morgan is an absolutely excellent stylist! She listened to my ideas of what i wanted to see for my look, and took it to the next level! I left feeling beautiful, relaxed and well taken care of. I got the much needed self love time and upgrade that i was looking for. The salon is gorgeous and I will 100% be returning to see Morgan forever!
