I like Dr. Zamiri but staff not so much. I arrived for an infusion at the time indicated on my appointment card. The staff told me I was twenty minutes late and couldn't be seen. I didn't have the appointment card with me but I certainly will show it to them on my next visit. It takes me an hour to get there so I was more than upset. They were to call me to make another appointment and still have not heard from them.
Dr Zamiri has really changed over the years. His arrogance has grown tremendously, he is rude at times, very impatient. If you made an appointment with him chances are slim that you will actually see him. His current staff is horrible cold, unfriendly. Orders too many unnecessary tests and bloodwork. The one test is bone density he pushes this one hard. He is not what he appears to be which is unfortunate. Too busy with two offices and teaching at the university. I been going here for 2 years they set me a appt 4 month after my next appt had me wait in pain to get to my appt after I called and some verify my appt to tell me I didn’t have one with there mistake still didn’t accommodate me or anything after I said I waited this long and in pain to tell me all your appointments in October smh I don’t deal with unProfessional people so I will be looking for a new doctor and psa I never seen my doctor after the first visit I never get so upset and cry but the pain they won’t never underst... read more
My only issue (beside wait times) is that you ALWAYS have to see the the NP. Have only seen doctor once in the 3-4 times I’ve been there. Are good about getting the tests you need.
I have never been treated so poorly by a medical staff. This is not a “compassionate” staff at all the front office is rude and just plain awful. The. Office manger Renee extremely inappropriate.. They constantly change cancel and reschedule appointments without consent. They can’t keep track of appointment and have the nerve to yell at and blame the patients. This is not a professional office at all. This office is beyond rude and discriminatory I do not know how it is still in business.
Dr.Zamiri is very caring and outstanding Doctor , he is great with his patient and his Staff are caring as well , he put his patient care first - he helped me with my condition in amazing professional way , he is A Great Doctor with Good heart
My first time my experience so far has been good.
I've been a patient of Dr. Zamiri's for a a couple of years and he is an excellent doctor. He is the only physician I have ever met who is so obviously passionate about his subject: Arthritis. He is thorough and genuinely interested and concerned about his patients. In addition, his staff follow his lead and are very pleasant and are great at helping resolving any issues, such as with prescription services etc.
Excellent. I've been a patient about 8 or so years. Dr. Zamiri is very kind, always listens and overall an excellent physician. I am very happy under his care.
