very bad service and will not visit your center any more and wont recommend to anyone. I did receive 2 pairs of ear rings as a birthday gift from my husband. i dint like the pattern and asked for exchange and the store lady said bring it back and they will do the exchange if its below 28days (or whatever in the invoice) upon taking with bill and earrings they rejected to accept saying hygienic issue they cannot accept. seriously need to change your policy. if you think its a hygienic issue just put a note in your center or o... read more
seriously need to change your policy. i understand your earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind, however when you sell DAMAGED products then that should be refunded and exchanged. refused to give me money back when product was damaged. waste of money - will never buy from zamels again. disappointing and cheap products that dont last long so they put them on sale
An absolute rip off. I got scammed at the Morley store. I got charged $219 for a ring which is supposed to be $79 What an absolute joke. I feel so violated. Please stay away.
