Bought a pair of gold hoops that when I got home were bent to the point one can’t be worn or clicked in, have never been able to wear them and I need to pay for the repair because it’s a health and safety issue? But they’ve not been worn. Decided to give them another go and got told to pick up my ring to the doors being down and everyone inside ignoring me and my phone calls. Very disappointed with our experience. Purchased a diamond ring, but on the second wear the diamond fell out. The ring felt more like cheap costume jewellery than quality fine jewellery. Customer service was shocking, and when our ring went away for assessment, it came back more damaged than when it left. Do not recommend, don’t waste your money.
Asked a question and never received a response. Unsubscribed from emails yet emails keep hitting my inbox all the time. Company has largely negative reviews on Reddit and other platforms. Beware.
