Finally sorted out a problem which started in January , firstly one of the ( diamonds) fell out of one of the earrings purchased in August 25 - we were extremely lucky as sitting on a timber deck and the diamond landed in the timber and didn’t fall through crack and into water below . After weeks off waiting the return with no communication from the store manager , they finally arrived . Rang the Helensvale store to get a price on 1ct diamond studs today, & the girl kept talking over me & telling me to look on the website & I repeatedly told her i didn’t want to look on the websites I wanted her to tell me what they had, & she then said well you should come into the store then I’ve been in retail all my life, & wanted customer service & support Guess I won’t shop there now!!
Second time purchasing from here, always lovely staff. Lee was incredibly helpful and attentive!
The worst customer service I’ve ever received! Ordered a watch and earrings on the 12th December and rung 7 weeks later as had not received them. Was assured they would be sent that day and should receive by the next day. Two weeks have gone by nothing. Rung this morning, no earrings in stock but the watch will be sent. I said that’s not good enough as if they were sent when they were meant to be sent my daughter would have received them. Horrible service, ordered an “in stock” according to their website watch on the 19th November for a Christmas gift. Told they had back order issues and would be dispatched on the 12th December. Inquired today and they have issued a refund with no explanation which is great the week before Christmas cheers for that
