The worst customer service I’ve ever received! Ordered a watch and earrings on the 12th December and rung 7 weeks later as had not received them. Was assured they would be sent that day and should receive by the next day. Two weeks have gone by nothing. Rung this morning, no earrings in stock but the watch will be sent. I said that’s not good enough as if they were sent when they were meant to be sent my daughter would have received them. Horrible service, ordered an “in stock” according to their website watch on the 19th November for a Christmas gift. Told they had back order issues and would be dispatched on the 12th December. Inquired today and they have issued a refund with no explanation which is great the week before Christmas cheers for that
I was wanting to replace a chain for a pendant and Michelle was very helpful with choosing the right style & length for the pendant. Boxed it all up beautifully and I was also able to sign up to receive a further discount.
Purchased a necklace and was so blown away by the customer service and friendliness from Michelle. She was excellent at helping and sorting engraving, cleaning and weapping the necklace as a present. Thank you so much! Will definitely be coming back in future!
I just wanted to say how delighted I am with the customer service that I received from Michelle at Zamel's Helensvale QLD. She is knowledgeable, patient, caring and very excited to help me and my fiancé to buy our wedding ring. After we purchasedit, she asked us to please come back with photos of our wedding, which it was lovely of her! She made me feel special and unique.
