The lady showed me the gold jewelery from catalogue and when i chose and paid for it with 10% extra discount, she expertly put them on my ear lobes.i was so impressed with her gesture. Thank you so much for exvellent customer service.
This store is completely dishonest. They make big promises and guarantees, but when it comes time to deliver, they suddenly claim there’s nothing they can do. Very misleading and unethical practices, feels borderline illegal. Be very careful before trusting them with your money.
Stay away. Buy somewhere else. Only bought here, because I was in a rush. In store service gave me false advice about their warranty and staff of multiple years is not trained properly. Only the store manager seems to have an idea of what's going on. Makes me wonder if this is on purpose?!? Later, customer service brushed it off, not acknowledging the mistake, claiming staff is well trained nor giving any form of reconciliation. Absolutely nothing. Called today and spoke to Rosie, she absolutely refused to tell me the price of a ring over the phone, I was ready to purchase the ring, now I’m just put off as I’ve never heard of such nonsense, what’s with customer service these days ? It’s appalling !!!!
If I could give this store a zero I would give it in a heartbeat, dishonest staff members not clear with anything about warranty wise until you purchase something they are all lovely dovey. I had purchased a ring and within 1 week of not even wearing the ring properly the 9ct gold formed a bend on the band and also a diamond had fallen out. I took it back to the store and was told that the warranty only covers the stone which I wasn't advised that before buying the ring.
