Staff are super friendly always helpful but as for the products itself would not recommend. Have never had any of my jewellery break that I’ve purchased from prouds or any other jewellery store but since purchasing from zamels in the last year I’ve had 2 rings that broke due to the diamonds falling out 2 necklace chains snap and a bracelet snap also
Went in on a whim and walked out the better for it. Met and chatted with Fiona and Kirsty who were incredibly helpful and gave me several options in styles. Walked away pleased as punch. Will post a pic if all goes as it should Cheers Drew
Would not recommend... worst experience trying to charge me 362 for a clasp for a necklace that broke within 6 months.. when asked if I could get a refund she says did u buy the care package. I say no was never offered this. The item I bought was 1600 dollars now I can't even use it unless I wanna pay to get it fixed absolutely ridiculous... 360 for a silver filled clasp shocking
Would suggest never shopping at Zamels After being a alleged loyal customer words out of Kirsty’s mouth I am also lied to by her about the free reading sizing of my rings I paid 1598 for and they tried to charge me extra after stating I spoke with my lawyer and also consumer protection how did that change offered me free re sizing which is total bullshit as covered by law I am legally allowed my money back do not shop with these lying prick will not be wasting another cent on these people absolutely disgusting
My daughter who has ASD bought a watch here for her nephew for Christmas. When she has got home, I explained that his mum already has him a smart watch and I had already sorted a present for him, from her. I rang the shop on her behalf straight away to explain that she has ASD and had not needed to buy the watch to start with and the $50 for her she had paid was a massive amount she didn't understand out of her disability pension.
