I had a shocking experience from zamels today! Walked in and was so excited to purchase something today since I got a gift card for my birthday. Walked into the store two ladies talking to each other on their phones. One disappears in the back after 20 minutes then we finally got acknowledgement of being in the store! Ordered a ring at Warnbro store and put down $500 deposit as it was classed as a special order, store closed down a week later, never got my deposit back even though I made many calls, had the receipt, never shop there again, disgusting, rip offs!!

Staff are super friendly always helpful but as for the products itself would not recommend. Have never had any of my jewellery break that I’ve purchased from prouds or any other jewellery store but since purchasing from zamels in the last year I’ve had 2 rings that broke due to the diamonds falling out 2 necklace chains snap and a bracelet snap also
