Poor experience on 20/10. Placed an online order at 11:50am, with the app saying it’ll be ready at 12:04. Went up to the counter at 12:04 and the boy behind the counter asked only if I had an online order, never for the confirmation number or name. I confirmed I did and he said it would be ready shortly. At 12:15 I checked again, as I had an appointment at 12:20. He said it would be ready in a minute and I politely asked how long as I had an appointment shortly and it was due to be ready at 12:04. Two nights in a row where this store has run out of food before close. Sep 24th they had nothing by 8:30pm & Sep 25th they had no rice & only had pork left by 7:45pm. If they close at 9pm they should order more food to cover the night or close earlier so customers aren’t disappointed. The food quality here has been quite inconsistent, and on some occasions, it has been quite poor. On one occasion, my burrito was wrapped very short and fat, with excessively thick layers of tortilla at both ends, which made it poorly proportioned and difficult to eat. On another occasion, the rice was not properly cooked. The grains were still hard in the centre. I couldn’t finish the meal. I raised the issue with the staff member working at the time, but unfortunately, she did not seem interested in addressing the problem.
