I purchased a gift card for my partner over Christmas. On July 1, she went to use her gift card and was met with a poor response, and pressure to purchase another service over the amount of the gift card. Then, when she declined an extra service, the gift card was refused and she had to pay full price. The staff gave her a hard time because the gift card had expired, 5 days past the expiration date!
