My first and last experience here. I didn't give it a 1 only because the massage was nice. It was the room that made this a bad experience. I was in a room on the top floor in the front of the building. I could hear every car go by, every bus that stopped, every car door shut and the beep beep to lock it. It made it very difficult to relax and drift away. The busy street of Broadway never let up. My advise if you go here, ask for a room downstairs and on the back side of the house.

I don't know I was there for over an hour I thought it was way overpriced for what I got and I had a gift card for the whole hour and a half I was charged an extra $44 on top my my card don't think I'll go back

Warm and welcoming with elegantly decorated treatment rooms and respectful & genuine staff. They have helped with pain relief and increased motion since my car accident. Zama Massage is a safe healing place.
