Sam Sam auto service is a very reliable, trustworthy, and very professional in their auto repair service. I have been using them consistently for more than thirteen years now. Their service and price are very moderate and sincere, and they are very friendly in approach. I strongly recommend their services to everyone.
FINALLY, an honest shop in this area! After 2 other shops provided with complete misdiagnoses for the mild clunking in my front suspension and astronomical estimates for parts and repairs (one in excess of $600 and the other in excess of $700), it turns out that I did NOT require any replacement parts AND the repair (tightening a lock nut on one tie rod) took less than one hour to repair. As long as I must remain in this area, this will be THE SHOPZ for my auto repairs. I HIGHLY recommend them!
I would strongly advise against using this shop. They are careless and completely ignorant about the work they’re doing, both technically and professionally. I will be reporting them to the concerned department, and I recommend you do the same if you’ve experienced poor service. Your safety is at stake, while they seem more focused on making money than doing their job properly.
Don't ever take your car for repair at zamzam auto.the mechanics are lie and a thief.i bought a part and came for replacement it wasn't replaced.30 miles after driving the car ,the same fault occure.this is the photo when I came back ,there were trying to check the car and claim it was fixed after put in a lot of pressure on them . Don't ever take there for your safety .
Zam Zam Auto was amazing!!!!!!!!!! First of all I called them at 5:00 and they told me if I can get there before 5:30pm they’d do my inspection for me! I got here, they took my vehicle right away, all the guys were very very nice, fast and Efficient! Oh and the price for the inspection is the BEST in the state! I highly recommend them! Thank you guys soooooooo much!!!!!! Total life saver
