Terrible! Never reach them when you do they always want to do quick fixes instead of actually fixing the problem. The manager never returns phone calls and always says no. They have a terrible roach problem and they expect people to stay home on Wednesday every month for pest control to come. They want your money but they want you to take off work and wait around . Mind you the pest ppl never knock on the door . Its ridiculous
0/5. They're classically shady, deliberately incompetent, super rude, and they refuse to correspond in writing ever. The only way to reach them is through a phone number that's rarely answered. If, by some miracle, they do answer, they'll do everything they can to rush you off the phone. After a while my roommate and I figured out they only respond to threats of litigation. Know your rights, and don't concede an inch.
