We've had two very positive experiences at Zalman's. The first was to purchase a necklace for our daughter. Lily was extremely helpful and compassionate, since the necklace had special meaning for our family. The second was for my wedding ring. Initially my husband and I planned to fix the broken ring. After speaking with Brian, we opted to have the ring remade in honor of our 35th wedding anniversary. Communication through the process was excellent and we are thrilled with the results. This amazing, family owned jewelry store deserves way more than 5 stars. Lily, and Brian, made my dreams come true today. We were looking around for a 5 yr ring upgrade. My husband was talking with Lily about a different ring they had, but had been sold before we got to the store.
