I saw Dr. Slovenki for severe ankle arthritis and he recommended an ankle replacement. I really had no choice because I couldn't even walk up an incline. I am a very active 75 year old male and couldn't bear the thought of loosing my independence. Dr. Slovenki reviewed the X-rays and explained all the risks involved. Dr Miller and staff do a great job taking care of me and I couldn't be happier with them
I completely ruptured my hamstring with two weeks left in my training for my first Ironman event. To say I was in an incredible amount of pain and emotionally distraught is an understatement. Dr. Weitzel has helped me on my knee and shoulder and I can recommend him highly. He is caring, experienced , professional, competent, and thorough in pre and post op discussions.
Kind, nice and excellent
Dr Weitzel was outstanding! He repaired an unusual patella tendon tear which he said he only saw and repaired 3 other times. He said the patients were all under 30yo. I'm 75yo. He also commented after the procedure the injury was more extensive than expected. Obviously I was concern. However 6 months later I'm doing very well. I'm golfing, biking, walking and doing all the activities that I was doing before the injury. Dr. Weitzel is a very skillful surgeon.
Excellent communication, explains all care options and instructions thoroughly. Shared my post-op status with my SO. Surgery went as planned.
