Horrible customer service and misleading information about the shipping of an item. I would never ever recommend anyone to shop there!! Called customer service and was placed on hold with 50 minute wait time. Shipping was guaranteed by Christmas item is not here no shipping status available
Did you know that Zales has real cubic zirconia? Just ask them!!! No knowledge with staff about their jewelry and all pieces are not worth the prices.
