Helpful, polite I went here a few years ago to buy my class ring. I love it. I saw the other comment about the store and thought it was silly... Since when is jewelry not expensive? Ya know, since they are luxury items... The staff is always super nice to me when I go in an have my ring serviced or what ever. In 2005 (the other review) the store was a lot busier than it is now, an the Citrus County Mall actually had a lot of stores in it. They still have great service and do what they can for you.
Very expensive I was not impressed with this place as they were very expensive. They did not have in stock the item they advertised in the paper with makes them very shady.
