Called to see if they could change the battery on my Seiko. He said he should be able to. Got to the store and he had me fixed up in 5 minutes.
I’ll start out by saying that we’ve spent thousands at Zales over the years. We have our favorite girl at our local store who always assists us with our purchases and ensures we’re always taken care of (Shoutout to Melanie in Brandon, FL - she’s the greatest!) We recently moved to the area and have not yet established a relationship with a local jeweler. However, I needed to have a special watch adjusted and called several places before reaching out to Zales. From the first conversation, Dan was exceptionally cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. When we visited the store, Dan was welcoming and accommodating. He was able to make the necessary adjustments to my watch on site while we waited, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated.
