Had my jewelry repaired here. That wasn’t a good experience as they ruined my necklace. However the manager Linkin and Eli were very helpful in getting me a replacement necklace and helping me through the whole process. They didn’t let me down and had my best interests in mind. I will continue to shop w them as they went above and beyond for me.
Please don’t take any jewelry here to get “fixed”. They repaired a break in my necklace and in the process melted another piece. They then told me they couldn’t repair it bc the necklace was hollow and said that it was there initially. Wow just wow. I’m sure my body heat melted one piece of the figaro chain and not your repair person w their saudering equipment. Thanks for destroying my necklace. Wish I could give you zero stars and hope that this review keeps others from getting crapped on by you.
Eli and Lincoln are absolutely wonderful. They are very knowledgeable of all the jewelry offered in Zales. Very helpful and patient. They listened and understood what we were looking for and provided great options of rings to us and we are very pleased with our choice. Will not go to any other Zales but the Ellenton location. Thank you ladies for making our jewelry shopping a great experience.
