I just left the store with a dream ring. A lady named Eli was able to help me as I was very nervous as my first time doing something like this. She made the process very easy and was very kind and informative along the way! A+ service!

Zales has always been a store I love. The outlet in palmetto was just aa amazing. Sales Associate Kathie was a delight and very helpful when trying to pick out a simple gift. Made my experiance a delight!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We ordered diamond earrings for our six month old and after we receive message saying to come get the earrings and we drive an hour to get them in the beautiful Florida traffic that we all love just for them to nonchalantly tell me that oh you didn’t get the other message we sent you after that saying no don’t come in!!?? Yeah, that’s why I drove an hour In this brutal traffic,,, because I received your message that said not to come in!! Definitely not the brightest group working there!!
