The store manager Elizabeth provided outstanding service to me and my family yesterday when we visited Zales outlet. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient as we explored the different options. Ultimately she helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be coming again.

Sana & Jamie both at Zales Outlet Jewelery Store - Chicago Premium Outets took their time to take care of my Engagement Ring that part of the White Gold Shank broke off. Additionally, took their time & so detailed offered to size both down to 7.25 & Rotium Plating & Diamonds counted & polished & secured!
