Sana was amazing helping me pick my wedding band and so helpful!!
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I ordered a ring in store with engraving and when I went to pick it up the engraving was so insanely wrong it made no sense. When I asked to have them reorder it, they said they couldn’t order the item at the price I paid for it last week, it would be more expensive and they couldn’t not waive the cost. Terrible customer service!
