I came in to get 3 rings resized. I informed MICHAEL l that the total cost for the set at FULL price was only $400, not purchased from zales and more than likely a CZ stone. No problem, he sent them in for repair. Not only that, but he said he would get the repair reps to "do him a favor" and have them ready 7 days from the date I came in, as I live in the high country and only come down for appointments when convenient. Very friendly staff and very competent. We were helped by Rhonda and a young gentleman whose name I can't remember. Both were extremely helpful and we left the store very satisfied customers.
Mike was an excellent salesman. His knowledge of jewelry was phenomenal!

Vernon Albert’s was the most upright outstanding Sales Manager ever, very polite and professional.He knew exactly what I was wanting for a necklace, wrist watch and diamond ring. As Assistant Sales Manager Rhonda with her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding, especially with her signing me up with a Zales credit card, very helpful. Chenell as a Jewelry Consultant was super friendly and remembered us from over a year ago amazing. Overall experience is a five star rating.
