I want to specifically commend Jake for his exceptional service. He was the epitome of professionalism—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly invaluable throughout my experience. While the overall standard of the Beachwood location unfortunately fell short of expectations, Jake’s individual conduct was exemplary. He represented the Zales brand with the high level of care and expertise I’ve come to expect

I had a small budget for a ring. I spoke to Rachel on the phone and she was fantastic. She told me they had things in the store that I could try on and if I liked the style better online she would help me order it. While talking I told her I couldn't be in until Saturday. She wouldn't be there but told me to see another person. Saturday comes and when my husband andninwalk in we are greeting with the store manger Bonnie.
