I am from the West Coast. I purchased my wedding ring with a maintenance contract there. I went in to the Zales in Bluffton, S.C. and wanted to know how much they would charge to check my setting and clean it. I fully expected to pay for this. Not only did the preform the request I had, the did not charge me a penny. I am making this Zales my jewelry store from here on out. Customer service was beyond excellent.
