My wedding set was purchased in 2020. The handful of times that it has been sent in for repairs, rather it be for soldering additional bands or repairing loose stones, I have received it back before the estimated date. This last time, I was leaving for a trip to Europe in 10 days, my center stone was loose. I was reluctant to send it off but my ring came back from being repaired within 8 days!! Elizabeth, my sales associate was so pleasant & informative.
Elizabeth was amazing in helping me with my ring. She was so patient and kind to my kids. I will be back to this location. Best customer service I’ve had in awhile.
