As soon as we walked in, Tara greeted us with genuine warmth and made it her mission to make sure ALL of our needs were exceedingly fulfilled. Tara was so enjoyable to be around that Zales at Vacaville premium outlets has officially become our new go to Zales location even though we pass multiple other locations just to get there!
I would not recommend ever buying anything from Zales. I purchased a petite gold bracelet in November of 2025 for my girlfriend for Christmas. Getting a resized seemed like no big deal however it took much longer than anywhere else I've ever been. When it came back they did such a poor job that it literally broke within the first week. Fortunately she noticed it come off. So I was able to take it back and have them fix it which again still took a long time. Great experience! I walked in, told them what I was looking for, looked around and found something I like. It took just a few minutes and I was in and out of there with a beautiful necklace. They also provided me with water as it was so hot outside. Thanks!
Bought wedding rings
My fiance had an issue with his necklace, which has a cross with black diamonds. Sabrina and Elena were so kind and diligent about resolving the problem. They resolved the problem and we left feeling like we received the customer service we deserved to receive. ABOVE AND BEYOND are the words I use to describe these two lovely ladies.
