My fiance had an issue with his necklace, which has a cross with black diamonds. Sabrina and Elena were so kind and diligent about resolving the problem. They resolved the problem and we left feeling like we received the customer service we deserved to receive. ABOVE AND BEYOND are the words I use to describe these two lovely ladies.
