I go into this location at least every 6 months to have my ring cleaned & to make sure all is good, no bent prongs, etc. Been going for 3-4 years now. Staff has always been friendly, but it’s felt like visiting a funeral home, very stiff & formal & frankly I’ve always been glad I didn’t need to go back for another 6 months . Today I was helped by Joshua A, and it’s like life has been breathed into this location.
