We went into Zales at the lake of the ozarks today for a ring resizing.Angie, Shelly and Justin went above and beyond to help us find our warranty numbers, and diamond bond numbers for my wedding sets. I am so appreciative of the customer service they gave us today. Definitely recommend visiting sales for your jewelry needs!
Justin from the Osage Beach Zales Outlet was so helpful and informative. I had a 10:30am appointment to get my jewelry cleaned with Shelly but she was busy so Justin stepped right up and began to help me. While I was waiting on my jewelry to be cleaned I saw a watch that caught my eye and Justin looked it up for me and told me there was a 40% discount on it and explained about the extra warranty I could purchase through Zales. The Zales store at the Outlet Mall on Osage Beach is soooo nice to work with. Have bought many items there. Margaret is no longer with them but Shelly and Justin are great, as is Bob. Great customer service.
