The experience at this location is so superb I drive in from Broken Arrow even though there is a closer location to me. Every time I am in this store everyone is helpful, kind, and approachable. Jewelry store visits can often feel awkward but that is never the case here. Stevie specifically is who has helped me the last two times I've been in but everyone in the store is welcoming and easy to talk to.
They won’t replace watch batteries.
The folks at the Zales located in the Tulsa premium Outlets are great. We have been there several times and gotten a few different items there and every time the service was exceptional and everyone was very helpful. This has become my store of choice. If google would allow I would give them 10 stars.

Rosslyn C was an absolute charm to work with. She gave us quality time and attention with lots of details and information on each item we looked at. She cared and it showed! She took it upon herself to gather whatever information needed to answer my questions; this alone has not been my experience with jewelry staff. Thank you Rosslyn!
