The manager at the outlet mall location is absolutely fabulous! My ring had to be sent out three different times to be sized, which obviously was frustrating, but she took the time to explain the best options for my finger and made me feel like I wasn’t alone in thinking that my finger was just disfigured. She was so knowledgeable and kind and really made me feel at ease. I will definitely be referring my friends.
