Sherry Mitchell is an incredible person. She helped my (now, as of Sept. 13th 2025) husband choose an engagement ring (which was not a two ring set) which by the way is amazing, and beautiful, for me. She helped me choose a wedding ring for him. She then helped him with the other two rings I had chosen to go with my engagement ring. Emily and sherry was awesome perfect customer service I have been to plenty Zales and I have to say from 1/10 it was an 11
Came in while the wife was at a concert at McMenamin’s and ended up having a good time checking out the watches. All the employees were fun to talk to especially Kristen and sherry. They didn’t mind me FaceTiming my daughter for her opinion on which watch I should buy.
