I needed a ring cleaned that had belonged to my mother for a family wedding this weekend. Service was awesome! I was greeted when I arrived which I appreciated too!

I have been having the best experiences from the zales outlet store in the philadelphia outlet mall.. first I would like to thank Ryan for the amazing experience buying my better half a birthday gift. He absolutely loved his silver chain. Ryan also helped with my previously purchased diamond bracelet. He explained the ins and outs of the diamond guarantee lifetime warranty which i purchased.
