UPDATE: they refunded the warranty and then after my review the "gift card" all the sudden can be processed as cash. I picked up my ring early on Friday night. Gently wore it all weekend babying it and I am ALREADY missing a stone. 3 days! I take it off to shower, sleep, and clean. I work an office job so there has been absolutely zero impacts to the ring.
