I always come to this zales location and there are awesome sales representatives here but Ms Marisol is my favorite she has helped me to set up my account and I have been trying to do this for the longest she is very nice and always full of kindness she deserves a raise so give her one she is a keeper good job Ms Marisol keep up the great customer service and being wonderful

My fiancé and I walked into Zales Outlet to figure out his ring size and browse for wedding bands. Yuri was our sales person and she was so helpful. When we found rings we liked and decided to purchase she walked us through the whole process step by step providing clear instructions. She did not pressure us at all while shopping and allowed us to try on everything we were interested in. Highly recommend shopping here and using Yuri!! She was excited for us and so sweet and personable!
