There is not enough I can say about how amazing my experience was with Yvette and Eli. As someone who believes they are a little socially awkward, the two of them really helped me find exactly what I was looking for while still making me feel welcome. Genuinely will come back to this location whenever I need anything jewelry related just because of them!! Thank you so much!!
The store manager, Elijah, responded almost immediately to my issue and personally called me to address the situation. He went above and beyond by taking the ring himself to beput on a rush repair. He genuinely showed that he cares and made every effort to resolve this as quickly as possible. Although he tried to have it completed the same day, he ensured it would be back within 24 hours, and I’ll be receiving it tomorrow. I really appreciate the urgency and level of care he showed in handling this. Thank you Elijah!
