Elijah went above and beyond to help my wife and me out. With her wedding ring. Long story short the ring was lost from the shipping. We were able to locate it thankfully. Elijah helped us with ordering two new bands for the original ring. I have shopped at zales for over 10 years for my wife, mother, and sister. I cant thank Elijah enough for going the extra mile for us. Truly means alot. Thank you again!!! The little things make you have a life long customer!

Amazing Customer Service from the staff! They helped me find the perfect gift for my brother the day before (yes I procrastinated). I don’t remember her name but she is tall, wears glasses and has red hair.
