They were to order me a whole new band which should be thicker than what I had due to being jewed by a Norfolk jewler, who stole some of the gold originally. It took Zales almost 1-1/2 months to return my ring. No new band, made thinner and welded together. I was unhappy. The store manager called me and agreed that it didn't look like a new band was added, just repaired. He took my ring back,, and made sure it was done properly. ZALES OUTLET in Williamsburg has a wonderful team and do their best to satisfy the customer.
Clarance was absolutely amazing to work with. He spent so much time with us picking out the perfect engagement and wedding bands. We could not be happier with the service.
