I went into the store today to buy a ring. The way I was treated requires a review. Billy and Sam were so helpful. The way the approached me were 0 pressure, realistic, honest and so informative. I was so impressed!!! They made me feel confident in my decision. I walked into a few jewelry stores before Zales and although they weren't rude, they weren't informative and helpful. Billy/Sam at Zales were absolutely amazing!!!
AMBER took extra time to help me find the perfect replacement ring for my mom (who lost hers) - Amber's kindness, professionalism, and thoroughness were a breath of fresh air. Would buy from Amber again in a heartbeat! THANKS! - Traci

Always a pleasure! They have gone above and beyond as I arrived at 7:01pm on a Saturday (they close at 7, fyi). The doors were locked and the cases were being covered. I did not bang on the door but I did call. They answered, I begged 🤣, they were super nice and allowed me to pick up my wife’s wedding ring. So happy! Thank you so much again!
