Today, I went to purchase my daughter’s diamond studs for her 1st birthday, and Yvonne made the experience truly wonderful. Today I arrived at Zales early in the morning I went in and was looking for a ring for an event I was there for a good 30 minutes was told I would be helped shortly and so I waited patiently then when I was helped the lady didn’t seem to really want ti help at all the man that is there was wanting to help he kept saying that he would be with me shortly but he was helping someone else but he did ask me what kind of ring I was looking for and he said oh yes we can check for you but the... read more
Abeerah and Rania were so helpful! I went in for ring inspections with my family and was looking for a ring, Abeerah was super informative and purchased a ring. Rania helped my young daughter look for earrings and she felt so comfortable talking to her, shes usually super shy with strangers.
