Found the manager to be condescending- repeatedly calling me “hun.” Asking for help for an ETA on watch repair. Absolutely no help, nor accountability. “That’s a completely separate company.” Almost 3 months later- still don’t have my watch.
I had a terrible experience with Zales... At first... My engagement ring broke only a couple weeks after receiving it. The band broke. The ring got snagged on a blanket while I was sleeping and I woke up to the ring piercing my skin. I took the ring back to be fixed and Zales tried to bill me for the repair. My fiance got a warranty but apparently it only covers lost diamonds, not poor quality metal work when you pay to have a ring resized and expedited. I refused to pay for obvious reasons.
