The seemingly astounding level of incompetence at this store is almost impressive. It's the kind of experience where you're actually surprised that it could indeed get worse. I brought my wife's engagement ring to have a missing diamond replaced under the lifetime warranty. Lucy was so helpful! My fiancé and I went in to get her ring refitted and to grab some other goods for the wedding and Lucy made everything so easy for us! She is an amazing employee! Thank you so much!
Chanel the store manager was terrible to my wife and I. We had been customers for over 10 years but she didn’t care whatsoever. We went in every 6 months to keep up the warranty and have gotten the rings (wedding ring and band) fixed many times under warranty. Well, this is the first time I dealt with Chanel and she refused to honor the warranty claiming we missed the last inspection. She wanted to charge us something like $200.
