My husband purchased my band on Friday. We were told we could bring it back to resize. Once we arrived we waited for over 10 mins, not because they were busy but clearly didn’t care they had customers. I can't say enough great things about Riley and Dean at Zales outlet in norfolk. They had outstanding customer service and helped us out with a situation with our jewelry unlike the service we received at Kay's. We will definitely from now on continue to use Zales for all of our jewelry needs!! 5 stars hands down!
Stopped in with my boyfriend for ring shopping. We were immediately helped or shall I say taken under the wing by Stephanie. She help us pick out the most gorgeous rings for the big day
