I made an appointment for a ring cleaning and repair and upon showing up for it I was helped by a gentleman who informed me the “protection plan” doesn’t cover diamonds (they said it was full protection at time of purchase). I then ask to refund the protection plan then since it doesn’t serve a purpose and he asked his manager and she refused since the sale was “too long ago.” (The sale was 8 months ago and they have been closed for Over 3 months because of Covid). Briana Sparks your manager... deserves a BIG A FAT ZERO! I’m so DEVASTATED not to mention my sons devastation! I originally went in to look at a ring he picked... Briana tells me about the 50% sale they have and it only is until Mother’s Day... I ask her not once but several times what’s the price? I ask her to write ALL information down and I even FaceTimed my son to see if he liked it... she has ring in her hand and quotes me $575.00 for ring...
