I have had a few bad exchanges with one of the sales people at the store. They cut you off before you can fully ask your question or get the help your looking for. Their website to show the status of your Jewlery repair is not updated properly. So when you try calling the store the sales man cuts you off. Once I return the ring I will no longer do business with Zales if this is the way they want to run a business.
I waited 3 weeks for my engagement ring to get resized. Just found out it’s been a week since they’ve had it. They claim to have tried to call my fiancé once and that the number was “not in service”. Didn’t bother to try to call again or contact us through email. Also handed back our ring with stuff in the creases. Asked the women if she was really giving us back the ring like this and she said “oh yeah it is dirty”.. and that was it. No sincere apology. Their rings are not real. They are moissanite!!!!! Run fast!!! Let me know if you need the name of a good attorney and I'll send you the info of mine. He's awesome
I just bought my "upgraded" ring in March my top diamond falls out in May! I take my ring off to shower wash dishes etc... and still the diamond falls out now I am 3 weeks with out my ring but god forbid I miss a payment will not purchase anything else from Zalea again!
Very disappointed after leaving my ring on July 28, 2014. For repair tomorrow's 8/30/2014 renew vote no ring.
