They do not stand by their product! Clear Workmanship flaws are not covered. They do everything they can to not fix things they should.
I would give a zero but it doesn’t allow for that on this app. I’ve purchased a few pieces 1- traded in for bigger ring 2-bigger ring appraisal came back thousand below what I paid 3- earrings too heavy. So I returned a necklace today which went on sale for 400 less. The manager made sure to tell me that her and the district manager will not allow me to purchase in “her” store.
