On September 2nd, I went to zales Cielo Vista to get some Disney earrings. They didn't have them in store so they ordered online for me to ship to store. The expected delivery date was September 7th. I've been calling and they said they didn't have anything so I went in person today and suddenly they have no record of the order and to call customer service to "see if I even got charged."
