Because of a store closure, they sent the ring that I purchased for my wife back from the resize department. They have no idea when it will be in. They did not care whatsoever. Go read the reviews on Google. Stay far away from this place

Customer service after they take your money is horrible! If your waiting on a refund you can forget it! I now understand why people use to come into the store so very upset about not receiving their refund due to cancelled layaway at the time I worked for Zales now that I no longer work there & am a customer waiting on my refund I totally see what they were going through!!
