ANOTHER UPDATE: Called them today September 4, 2019. They told me that the people fixing my ring has been giving them the run around mimd you they have been giving me the run around for almost 4 months. Samantha was a great associate. Keith the manager is terrible. They sent my ring to the wrong store, when asked for a refund there was no attempt to keep my business or right what was wronged. Don't waste your money here!
Evidently they have been bought out. New manager is short and abrupt, came across as a complete ass. We have been customers for a while, but will never ever return to this location.
