I believe I may have spoke with the manager after waiting several minutes for help picking up MY rings from repair. Not only could she not be bothered, she was too busy showing someone the entire store and couldn’t be politely interrupted or take even a second to speak to another client politely. I bought my wedding bands from zales. My band has lost 2 stones in 6 months. I went to go pick up my ring today, just to find out they were closed. there are hours posted that said they close at 7pm, I was there at 5:30pm. I am not happy with zales!

Have to give the biggest shout out to Eric! If you are looking for any type of jewelry... please do yourself a favor and ask for Eric. Absolutely hilarious, down to earth, and has so much knowledge over every piece of jewelry. I have never met such a wonderful human. Thank you for being you and we will be back.
