Customer service after they take your money is horrible! If your waiting on a refund you can forget it! I now understand why people use to come into the store so very upset about not receiving their refund due to cancelled layaway at the time I worked for Zales now that I no longer work there & am a customer waiting on my refund I totally see what they were going through!! My whole experience from day one has be awful. Sell associates are rude, non-caring, and change they answers to questions every time they are ask. I will certainly be taking my business go another branch of Zales.
